Eumundi Chamber of Commerce Inc Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Eumundi Chamber of Commerce Inc Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th September 2020 commencing at 5.30pm.
Registration will be available from 5pm, in The Green Room, upstairs at the Imperial Hotel, Memorial Drive, Eumundi.
Call for Nominations
Nominations are hereby called for the following Executive positions on the Management Committee:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Eumundi Traders Representative (NEW)
Nominations for Management Committee positions are required to be lodged by email with the Secretary to secretary@eumundichamber.com.au on ECC's official form no later than 4pm Tuesday September 8, 2020.
Please note that under the Associations constitution it is a requirement that only financial members of Eumundi Chamber are eligible to vote at the AGM.

AGM Members Function and Networking Event
Members and guests are invited to join us for the AGM Function and Networking following official proceedings, hosted by The Imperial Hotel.
Guests are reminded that upon arrival, please wait to checked in and complete COVID form upon arrival.
RSVP's are essential for catering by 5pm Monday 14th September 2020.
Cover charge including one beer or wine from the bar on arrival:
- $25 for members, and
- $30 non-members and guests
