Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Eumundi Chamber of Commerce Inc will be held as follows:
Date: Wednesday May 22, 2024
Time: from 5pm (registration) for 5.45pm start
Location: The Green Room at The Imperial Hotel, 1 Etheridge Street, Eumundi
Host and Sponsor: The Imperial Hotel Eumundi
Special Guest and Official for AGM proceedings: Cr Maria Suarez, Division 9 Councillor, Sunshine Coast Council.
*Please note pre-registration for the networking function immediately following official proceedings is essential for catering. Drinks to be purchased at the bar during the event.
Call for Executive Position Nominations
Nominations are hereby called for the following executive positions on the management committee of the Eumundi Chamber of Commerce Inc for the 2024-2025 year:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Main Street Representative, and
- Two Director positions on the Board of Eumundi Combined Community Organisation Ltd (ECCO), trading as Experience Eumundi.

*Please note that it is a Constitutional requirement that only financial members of Chamber are eligible for positions and to vote at the AGM.

Members, Affiliate Partners and Associates are invited to join us for the AGM, to be immediately followed by Drinks After 5 Networking Event sponsored by The Imperial Hotel.
Registration is essential for catering with special dietary requirements by 3pm Monday May 20, 2024.
