The Free Online Coaching Program is a timely opportunity for tourism operators to tap into expert, one-on-one support to put their business on the best possible path now and beyond COVID for Restarting, transitioning and resilience in the new year.
In a recent email tourism operators when talking about Business Capability in 2021, the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) Chief Executive, Daniel Gschwind, said that
“tourism operators are some of the most innovative and resilient entrepreneurs of any industry. Nevertheless, in tourism, we all know that we can never stand still, especially at a time when previously unimaginable challenges are confronting us.
The tourism market will only get more competitive with the nation-wide focus on Australian consumers. We want to make sure Queensland’s best operators are ‘match fit’ for what lies ahead. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!”
QTIC’s free online one-on-one coaching through the Tourism Industry Business Capability Development program is a free online one-to-one coaching opportunity centred around the below topics:
- COVID Reopening Preparation
- Pivoting a Product and Innovation
- Domestic Trade and Distribution
- Domestic Marketing
Funded by the Queensland Government and supported by the 13 Regional Tourism Organisations, the program aims to “practically assist the Queensland’s tourism industry to build its capability so businesses are more competitive, adaptive and resilient and visitors can enjoy a consistently high standard of experience across the state.”
